What vehicle do you use for training?
Will I be safe during training?

Ultra Driving School currently uses a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Blue for our driver training vehicle. Below are some things you should know about the vehicle.

It is certified by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and is fully insured. Every student will be covered by the insurance while training.

The car has dual controlled brakes which gives the instructor control of the brakes should it be needed under an emergency.

The car also has an instructor's mirror installed for added safety.

There is 'Student Driver' signage on every side of the car so everyone on the road is aware of our presence.

These are mandatory driver training safety devices that should be installed in any car being used to teach new drivers how to drive. You will be safe with our car and instructor. In addition, the Ioniq Hybrid Blue is very fuel efficient so we can help keep our beautiful environment clean during training.

What are your qualifications?
�Why should we pick your school?�

The owner of Ultra Driving School is certified by the FL Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to be a Driving Instructor. To become a Driving Instructor, individuals must have training and be assessed to check their suitability including driving history and a criminal background check. Once all requirements are passed, they are issued a certificate. We can provide references for a couple of our students/parents that do not mind sharing their contact information if needed.

Which program should I select?
How much are your lessons?

Ultra Driving School programs are split into two main categories. Those that have driving experience and those that do not. The 2hr, 4hr, and 6hr programs are for drivers that already have some driving experience and may even have their driver license. The only exceptions to this would be the following:

Current new driver students from Ultra Driving School that wanted to purchase additional hours to go over any specific lesson they felt they needed more time and help with.

Current new driver students from Ultra Driving School that wanted additional hours with our school to comply with DMV requirements for the Class E Driver License (50 hours total of driving experience; 40 hours daytime and 10 hours at night).

Current new driver students from Ultra Driving School that want to take advanced lessons that were not available in the program they originally enrolled in (e.g. 10.5hr and 18hr program).

The 10.5hr, 18hr, 31.5hr, and 48hr programs are for new first-time drivers. We will start with the very basics and gradually build upon that training to the more advanced skills. Below is the pricing and details for each program.

Ultra Driving School 2-Hour Lesson

Ultra Driving School 2-Hour Lesson - $150

This program is for two 1-hour sessions that can be used to refresh your training on a specific maneuver or to learn how to properly execute a maneuver you are having trouble with. Examples are shown below.

Left Turns: Improve your left turns at a traffic light and stop sign

Merging On/Off the Highway: Improve how you merge in/out of traffic. Do not be scared! You are not alone.

Changing Lanes: Improve how you change lanes in traffic

Backing Up: Improve how you back up into a driveway and/or garage

Stop Signs: Improve how you approach and proceed from a stop sign - including 4-way stop signs

Roundabout Circles: Improve how you approach and proceed from a roundabout

Note: This program can also be used for additional hours for our enrolled new driver students.

Ultra Driving School 4-Hour Lesson

Ultra Driving School 4-Hour Lesson $290

This program is for four 1-hour sessions. You would select this program if you already have some driving experience but wanted to take lessons to improve a specific area of concern. Examples are shown below.

Turns: Right and left turns at traffic lights and/or stop signs

Highway Driving: Proper following distance, merging in/out, and switching lanes

Parking: Improve slow speed maneuvers and spatial awareness skills. Park like a pro!

SIPDE: Learn what you should be looking at while driving and improve your reaction times

Night Driving: Improve your driving at night. Early morning or late night sessions available!

If you have trouble with or are afraid of any of the maneuvers listed above, we can help!
Note: This program can also be used for completing the behind-the-wheel requirements for the 3 crashes in 3 years (3-in-3) citation. Student must have their 3-in-3 letter. Please call if any questions.

Ultra Driving School 6-Hour Lesson

Ultra Driving School 6-Hour Lesson - $425

This program is for four 1.5-hour (90 minute) sessions. Select this program if you already have some driving experience but want to improve your skills. There is no shame admitting you need help. Don't let pride get in the way of you learning how to drive properly. This program is like the 4-hour program except there is more time to get into more advanced training. A custom program can be created based on needs and observations.

Local Roads: Improve your driving in and around local roads/intersections with traffic lights

Highways/Interstates: Improve your driving on highways/interstates including merging in/out and lane switching

If you have trouble with or are afraid of any of the maneuvers listed above, we can help!
Note: This program can also be used for additional hours for our enrolled new driver students.

Ultra Driving School ROOKIE DRIVER - 10.5-Hour Lesson

Ultra Driving School ROOKIE DRIVER 10.5-Hour Lesson $695

This is the first of four behind the wheel education programs available to novice drivers. The Rookie Driver program is for seven 1.5-hour (90 minute) sessions. This program will work best with a student that is a quick learner and has access to a vehicle at home to reinforce training. We will let the student know when they are ready to start practicing on their own time (parents also - if applicable). This program includes but is not limited to the following:

Basic Driving Skills: Vehicle operation/control; parking; driving on local roads in traffic; driving on the highway/interstate; SIPDE method;

Free Stuff!: 1080p video of sessions (you need at least a 1TB USB 3.0 flash drive for downloading the sessions)

Ultra Driving School NICE DRIVER 18-Hour Lesson

Ultra Driving School NICE DRIVER - 18-Hour Lesson $1185

This program will take a novice driver and mold them into a nice driver. The Nice Driver program is for twelve 1.5-hour (90 minute) sessions. This program will work best with a student has access to a vehicle at home to reinforce training. We will let the student know when they are ready to start practicing on their own time (parents also - if applicable). This program includes but is not limited to the following:

Basic/Semi-Advanced Driving Skills: Vehicle operation/control; parking; driving on local roads in traffic; driving on the highway/interstate; SIPDE method; Defensive Driving;

Free Stuff!: 1080p video of sessions (you need at least a 1TB USB 3.0 flash drive for downloading the sessions)

Ultra Driving School GOOD DRIVER - 31.5-Hour Lesson

Ultra Driving School GOOD DRIVER - 31.5-Hour Lesson - $1875

This program will give a novice driver the foundations to become a good driver. The Good Driver program is for twenty-one 1.5-hour (90 minute) sessions. Access to a vehicle at home is preferred to reinforce training. We will let the student know when they are ready to start practicing on their own time (parents also - if applicable). This program includes but is not limited to the following:

Basic/Advanced Driving Skills: Vehicle operation/control; parking; driving on local and unfamiliar roads in traffic; driving on the highway/interstate; SIPDE method; Defensive Driving; Up to 3 hours of night time driving

Free Stuff!: Use of training car for your road test including 10 to 20 minutes of practice (if needed), 1080p video of sessions (you need at least a 1TB USB 3.0 flash drive for downloading the sessions)

Ultra Driving School ULTRA GOOD DRIVER - 48-Hour Lesson

Ultra Driving School ULTRA GOOD DRIVER - 48-Hour Lesson - $2600

This program will give a novice driver the foundations to become a very good driver. The Ultra Good Driver program is for thirty-two 1.5-hour (90 minute) sessions which allows more time to refine skills. Access to a vehicle at home is always encouraged to reinforce training. We will let the student know when they are ready to start practicing on their own time (parents also - if applicable). This program includes but is not limited to the following:�

Basic/Advanced Driving Skills: Vehicle operation/control; parking; driving on local and unfamiliar roads in traffic; driving on the highway/interstate; SIPDE method; Defensive Driving; Up to 6 hours of night time driving

Free Stuff!: Use of training car for your road test including 10 to 20 minutes of practice (if needed), 1080p video of sessions (you need at least a 1TB USB 3.0 flash drive for downloading the sessions)

How does your installment payment plan work?

Because we know our training is awesome and want all students to be able to enroll, Ultra Driving School created installment payment plans for our 10.5hr, 18hr, 31.5hr, and 48hr novice driver programs so customers can pay within an extended timeframe.

All you need to do is select the Installment Plan option at checkout. Your card will automatically be charged each month on the same date for the appropriate amount. The number of recurring payments is clearly shown at checkout. If you select this payment option, please note that training can be paused on occasion until payment is received/cleared. A good way to at least have 1 lesson a week is to start training a week or two after the first payment. An example of the installment plan showing all the new driver programs is shown below.

Tip: If you want the recurring payments to happen on a specific date each month (like the 15th or 28th), just save your cart and wait until that date comes and then proceed with the checkout process. NOTE: Only 3 to 4 lessons per month max when using the installment plan.

In the table shown here, you can see the # of payments for each program. For example, the 48hr Ultra Good Driver program has 8 monthly payments of $325 due on the 8th of each month.
